Baby Ruth came into our rescue program on November 10, 2017. Baby Ruth came into our rescue program from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with 4 other horses. Baby Ruth is a Beautiful, Black, Quarter Horse, Filly. Baby Ruth is estimated to be 6 months of age. Baby Ruth is learning to be haltered and lead. It doesn't appear she has received a lot of hands on attention but she is extremely smart and willing. She should mature to a nice, stout, beautiful girl. This beautiful girl will make someone an excellent horse with the right amount of time, attention and training. Baby Ruth has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Baby Ruth was picked for our 9th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. She was chosen by Trainer Chris Blakely. Chris will be working with Baby Ruth for the next 130 days, turning Baby Ruth into a dependable riding companion. Chris will be going against 8 Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. We have a total of 14 trainers competing. Competition is set for May 16, 2020 at Blaze's Tribute Equine Rescue's Facility at 21701 East Britton Road, Harrah, Oklahoma. Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. Baby Ruth will be available for adoption throughout the competition on May 16th, 2020 through an all day silent auction. Baby Ruth is a sweet girl and loves attention. Baby Ruth has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Baby Ruth has also been freeze branded for her protection. Quick Update from her Trainer, Chris Blakely Team Baby Ruth, a 3 year old Roan Filly, willing to do whatever you need. Started with a great foundation! Baby Ruth enjoys working and learns quickly. Baby Ruth can walk, jog and lope both ways. She has a good stop on her. Make her your new go to horse for whatever you need to do, whether it be working on the ranch or just a quiet Sunday afternoon trail ride.

Chris Blakely and Team Baby Ruth did an amazing job at this years Trainers Challenge. We are thrilled to announce that Chris and Baby Ruth placed 5th in the Adult Division of our 9th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainers Challenge

Baby Ruth has been adopted to a wonderful family in Houston, Texas. Baby Ruth is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this beautiful girl found the forever, loving family she deserves, where she will be showered with the time, attention and love she deserves.

We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
